You come in to an open plan that runs the family room and kitchen together, made for gathering and for cooking with people around you. Off the family room, a spacious patio has a seating area and a gas grill, and a step down brings you onto grass with nothing looking in behind it.
Three bedrooms are upstairs for quiet and privacy, and one is downstairs for anyone who would rather not take the steps. The primary suite has a king bed, a walk-in closet, dual vanities, a soaking tub and a separate shower. One of the upstairs bedrooms is an ensuite with a queen; the other has a queen with a full bathroom a few steps away. The downstairs bedroom has a queen and a tub and shower. Laundry is upstairs where the clothes are.
